You agree not to use fasterway.ai to generate, send, or distribute spam, fraudulent emails, phishing attempts, harassment, defamatory material, or unlawful content. Violation of acceptable use rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. AI Output Responsibility

Our platform utilizes artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API) to generate email drafts and refine grammar. While our system prompt enforces factual accuracy guardrails, you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before sending it to third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the text inputs you provide and the final email outputs you generate. fasterway.ai retains all intellectual property rights in the software platform, design, branding, and underlying prompt architecture.
